As winter settles in, snow and ice can create challenges for all of us. At Mid-Atlantic Propane Exchange, we are committed to delivering reliable commercial propane solutions to keep your business running smoothly, even in the coldest months. However, we need your help to ensure that your propane deliveries remain on schedule and hassle-free during inclement weather.
To help our drivers access your propane cages safely and efficiently, we ask you to take a few simple steps:
- Clear Snow Around Cages
Ensure that snow is removed from a 10-foot radius around your propane cages. This allows our drivers enough space to maneuver and perform their tasks without obstruction. - Maintain a 3-Foot Access Path
Provide a cleared path at least 3 feet wide leading to the cages. This will enable our team to safely reach the storage area with ease, minimizing potential delays. - Apply Salt and Sand
Icy conditions can make accessing propane cages dangerous for everyone involved. Please use salt and sand around the delivery area to reduce slick spots and provide safe footing for our drivers.
These small but crucial measures not only ensure timely deliveries but also help prevent accidents during service. With your cooperation, we can maintain a safe working environment and continue meeting your commercial propane needs effectively.
Our team is here to support you through the winter season. If you have any questions about delivery protocols or need assistance preparing your site for winter, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Let’s work together to stay safe, warm, and prepared. Thank you for choosing Mid-Atlantic Propane Exchange for your commercial propane solutions!
